GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

NOTE: The deadline for all paper submissions to session organizers is January 31, 2002, and individually submitted papers reviewed by the conference organizing committee are due in the conference office (crossroads.2002@uta.fi) by February 18, 2002.

If you want to give a paper at the conference, you must do one of the following:

(1) Contact the session organizers listed together with their contact information elsewhere in this Invitation Program and Call for Papers. An updated list of sessions can also be found on the Crossroads home page (www.crossroads2002.com).

(2) Ask about sessions where your paper would fit in by subscribing to the Crossroads mailing list. To subscribe, follow the instructions of the Crossroads home page.

(3) Visit our web page (www.crossroads2002.com), fill in and send the paper submission form there to the conference office. (NOTE: follow the instructions about the format of abstracts below.)

ABSTRACT FORMAT

In preparing your paper abstract, you must make sure it follows these instructions:

The abstract must not be longer than 150 words. Abstracts that are longer than 150 are cut at the point where the 150-word limit is reached.

The format of the abstract is the following:
LASTNAME, Firstname (Your institution, Your Country)
PAPER TITLE
The text of the abstract.
Abstracts should be informative, and describe the main points made in the paper.
