REGISTRATION FEES AND DEADLINES

Make use of the reduced rates and register and pay your fees early!

* The student rate is for those students who have not gotten their MA or comparable degree. You must include a copy of your student card or statement from your supervisor, which shows that you are an undergraduate level student.

Registration fee for delegates includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Conference bag and documentation (Abstract Book)
  • Tea/Coffee Saturday-Tuesday
  • Entrance to the exhibition
  • City Reception and Get-Together on Saturday, June 29

Registration fee for accompanying guests and children includes:

  • City Reception and Get-Together on Saturday, June 29
  • City sightseeing tour on Saturday
  • a name badge which entitles to take part in all social events and tours of the conference partly subsidized by the organisers

The registration fees do not cover insurance or accommodation.
Travel insurance is recommended by the organizers.

Terms of payment

Your registration is valid when the registration fee is paid. Please take care of your full payment by using either of the two methods of payments described below. All fees should be paid in advance by using EUROs. Personal, company or euro cheques will NOT be accepted.

Two methods of payment are possible:

Make sure to give delegate's name in the bank transfer details. All payments must be "free of any charges for the payee", i.e. all bank charges have to be borne by the sender.

2. Credit card: VISA, Master Card or Eurocard are accepted.

Clearly state your credit card details on the registration form. If the given information is wrong or the credit company does not give authorization to charge your account, the secretariat is entitled to charge the higher rate.

Letter of Confirmation/Receipt

A written confirmation and a receipt of your paid fees with local travel instructions and other useful information will be sent to you by e-mail after we have received your payment in full.

Terms of Cancellation

The secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. The following fees will apply: All fees, except for the administration fee of EUR 85, will be refunded for cancellations made on or before 15 March 2002. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made before 15 May 2002. No refund will be given after this date. For organisational reasons, refunds will be made after the conference. For refund, please inform your full bank account details in writing (including the address of the bank).
