• The registration fees do not cover insurance, travel, or accommodation.

• Travel insurance is recommended by the organizers.

• People who must cancel their registration are eligible for a full refund up until May 25, 2004

• A $25 fee after will be charged for cancellations received May 25 up until June 11, 2004

• After June 11, there is no refund available

• Substitutions are allowed any time

** Note: Any participant unable to attend for no fault of their own (e.g. visa complications, serious illness, etc.) will receive a full refund upon request regardless of their cancellation date.
